SenseTime CEO George Huang says they will meet the region’s rising demand for AI solutions.

SenseTime, a Hong Kong-based artificial intelligence company, has made a significant move to strengthen its foothold in the Middle East and Africa by incorporating DeepSeek Enterprise technology into SenseCore, an all-encompassing AI cloud platform. This integration aims to address the rising demand for cutting-edge technologies, offering businesses in the region a powerful and flexible AI solution.

Alongside this, SenseTime introduced LazyLLM, an open-source framework designed to simplify and speed up the development of AI applications, further solidifying its presence in the region.

As Saudi Arabia and other MENA nations embark on ambitious digital transformation initiatives, the demand for advanced AI tools is growing rapidly.

With this expansion, SenseTime’s claims that its solutions are poised to help businesses stay competitive in an increasingly digital landscape.

“Saudi Arabia is rapidly emerging as an AI powerhouse, driven by government initiatives and Vision 2030’s long-term goals,” says CEO of SenseTime MEA George Huang. “By integrating DeepSeek Enterprise and utilizing LazyLLM, we are enabling businesses to leverage cutting-edge AI capabilities in sectors like agriculture, tourism, entertainment, and smart cities.”

The SenseCore platform claims to offer businesses and developers improved performance, stability, and industry-leading inference efficiency. These capabilities are crucial for real-time data processing and actionable insights, providing a robust foundation for AI-powered business solutions.

Additionally, SenseTime says its integration of DeepSeek Enterprise into SenseCore ensures that companies can rely on a comprehensive alert system for smooth AI development and operational reliability.

LazyLLM, an open-source framework, simplifies the process of building and deploying multi-agent AI solutions. It dramatically reduces the complexity of AI application development to just 10 lines of code, making it accessible to developers with varying levels of expertise.

Key features of LazyLLM include intent recognition, knowledge retrieval, cross-platform compatibility, and one-click deployment, enabling seamless integration with existing AI frameworks.

Building on LazyLLM, SenseTime has also introduced WanXiang, a low-code platform that allows businesses to create large-scale AI models without extensive technical expertise.

The platform’s intuitive drag-and-drop interface ensures that businesses can rapidly deploy AI applications, reducing development barriers and optimizing performance while minimizing costs.

With the MENA region accelerating its digital transformation, SenseTime’s offerings are timely, particularly as industries such as finance, construction, and aerospace look to enhance their AI-driven operations. According to Sensetime, over 30 companies have implemented its solutions, which it claims to have helped businesses streamline processes and improve decision-making capabilities.

Through its strategic investments in AI technologies, SenseTime is positioning itself as a leader in the MENA region’s growing digital economy. By providing flexible, scalable AI tools like SenseCore and LazyLLM, the company is empowering businesses to drive innovation and achieve tangible outcomes in an increasingly competitive marketplace.

AI could contribute an estimated USD 320 billion to the MENA economy, according to Tina Wu, Product and Research Director SenseTime MENA. The potential growth is driven by AI’s ability to reduce costs, boost efficiency, and, in some cases, generate new revenue streams. The company attributes this growth to government-led initiatives like Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, Oman’s Vision 2040, and the UAE’s National AI Strategy 2031.
